Everything started with Hector and a lifelong passion for incredible food. For over 30 years, 

Hector dedicated himself to the restaurant industry right here in ARIZONA and the United States, working tirelessly as both a restaurant manager and chef. Through decades of hard work and endless dedication, he never stopped dreaming of creating something truly his own.

 

In 2023, that big dream finally became a reality.

What started as a successful local venture has now grown into our mobile food truck! Today, we are incredibly proud to be a thriving small business contributing to our amazing community in America.
